Cashier Control Update: The cashier control tool pop-up is now "Sticky" and remain with the last select location until the user changes to another location or logs out of Monitor.
- NOTE: The cashier control will "reset" once logged the user logs out. When you log back into Monitor, it will return to your "default: cashier location.
- mConnect Enrollment: To support the mConnect (MonitorConnect) cloud service issue that was identified and resolved in late June 2024, the mConnect enrollment and synchronization service was improved to publish using a new background service when users save on various screens (Client ID, Addresses, Employment, Phones, Hearings, and mConnect (enrollment).
- Finance Module - Payments: connectrex has replaced the function of a trigger with stored procedures and code to process payments. This resolves the issue of partially processed payment transaction that occur at the exact same time from different users.

- Reminder Retry: The Added automatic 'retry' / 'resend' feature to mConnect reminder services.
- Updated Payment Pop-Up: The payment pop-up has been updated and simplified. The payment popup will now display "Charge", "Credits Applied", "Outstanding Balance" and "Current Due". Each obligation will now display the related Case Number, monthly minimum and term.
- Payment allocation business rule update: Agencies will now have the option to automatically apply the entire payment first to any Restitution obligations. Once the restitution obligations are current, they can then automatically apply any remaining funds to Fees and Fines.
- mPay Journal Entry: When an mPay payment is downloaded and recorded in Monitor for a client, it will automatically create a Journal/Case note.

- Client Header: The primary charge description has been shifted left following the Primary Case to allow of increased charge description text visibility (since it went from 50 characters to 120).
- Automatic note with Level Change: Monitor automatically creates a Journal/Chrono/Case note entry when a Level change occurs. NOTE: It does not create an entry for an initial level set, only when there is a change/update from a previously established level (i.e. "Low" to "Moderate").
- Journal "new" default: When creating a new Journal/Chrono/Case note entry, Monitor will now automatically populated with "Note" Type and "NA" Result. This is a new Safeguard that will prevent users from loosing their Journal notes when they start typing the note/entry before selecting any system required fields like date, time, type, result and (office) location. All of these fields will now be pre-populated when clicking the "New" button.
- Select/Unselect Drug Panels: Ability now to unselect a drug/alcohol substance without having to close out the drug testing pop-up. (see below)
- Add Drug Test Save Button: The "Save" button is no longer obscured which occurred on some screens resolutions. Now resized for all screen resolution types. (see below)
- New "Show/Hide Voids Button: Ability now show or hide Voided transactions on the Client/Offender Ledger.

- m360 Virtual Visit: contact connectrex directly to get additional information on how to enable the m360 Virtual Visit features that include video, SMS text, Email, etc.
- "Did Not Show" Status added to AverHealth Drug Test Import: Clients using the AverHealth import will now see "Did Not Show" records when the "NOWSHOW" result is included in the daily import. There will be not "Popup" record to view because no test was recorded.
- Batch Conditions Update : Users can now batch update (Adjust) the Start and/or End dates of one, some or all conditions/special conditions at the same time. Click the "Adjust" button at the top of screen, enter the new start and/or end dates, select the condition(s) to update and click "Save".
- Ability to edit/update condition comment/notes: You can now edit/update the 'comments/notes' that appear at the end of the conditions row through the popup.
- Profile Photo Added to Summary Popup: The client profile photo has been added to the client summary popup form.
- Monitor Messenger Update: connectrex has updated the service that sends emails, alerts and notifications to users when clients are assigned, journal notes are added and automated entries occur for arrests, tests, and case closures.

- Dedicated/Custom ID Search: We have added a new dedicated CJ Identifier search screen field that returns results back instantly. It will load with an Agency Default value, but each user can select the dedicated CJ Identifier that they want to use, and will stay that way as long as they are logged into Monitor.
- Level Change from Facesheet: A much loved feature makes its return to the Facesheet summary page that allows officers to change the Level of a client in 1-click. All Level history is still collected and tracked (i.e. how long did the client spend at the previous level), but officers can now easily do this with 1-click.
- Additional Facesheet Updates: A new system default allows agencies to set their default Facesheet Case Display filter to "All" (cases), "This Event" (cases associated to current supervision), or "This Event - Open" (all active/open cases associated to current supervision). Users can reset the filter to their personal preferences at login which will hold that same setting during their current login. In addition, a new "Test Frequency" field has been added to the Facesheet which can be set on the client Testing Screen.
- Journal/Chrono Note Type: Note types have not been increased to 32 characters
- Testing Frequency: New field added to set a client's testing frequency in Monitor that will display on the Client Facesheet and Popup Summary.
- Charge/Count Conditions Display: New option to display All Charges (counts) on the Conditions/Orders Screen OR to only display Charges that the client has been sentenced on (i.e. exclude charges that are "Dismissed". This is most useful for clients that have the cases and charges imported in from a data feed that includes all charges under a client's case/docket.
- Charge Count Display: Users can now see the charge count next to the description.
- NEW All / This Event Default Filters: Agencies can now set the default "on load" behavior for Violations and Assign (Officers) behavior to be "This Event" or "All"
- Standard Conditions Set - Violations: Instead of adding the "Standard" conditions set to the Conditions/Orders page, Agencies can now utilize a "Standard Conditions" template to track and apply those to Violations, Detainers & Warrants.

- Photo Capture & Upload Controls: Monitor now uses the native browser controls to upload and capture photos (eliminating the legacy ActiveX controls). This does REQUIRE the application to run in HTTPS to utilize. Also added are new controls to rotate and flip the images.
- NOTE: Users no longer need access to their local c:\temp directory to capture/upload photos.
- Assessment Purpose: Each Assessment can now be categorized for its specific reason (i.e. "Initial" or "Reassessment"). The Assessment Reason is selected at time of creation, but can also be set for any historical assessments right from a Pop-Up on the Assessment Overview Screen.
- Keep Aways: An extension to the Event Sealing Feature, "Keep Aways" now allows Monitor Admins to "Seal" (or Keep Away) one or more Monitor Users (i.e. Staff, Officers, etc.) from an Offender/Client record (i.e. a family member that is being investigated/supervised). Two System Settings are allowed (picking one): Keep Aways do not show at all for the user, or they show up only on Search with no access.
- Search Updates: The Main Search now includes a "DOB" (Date of Birth) search option and the the "Number" section now allows users to search using the Prosecutor (OTN) Number.OTN# (Prosecutor) Search NumberNEW Open vs. All Event(s) Filter: Now users can select to search "All" Open & Closed Events for a client or just the OPEN Events. Agencies can set this to either "Open" or "All" as a system default when users log in.
- Azure AD Authenticator Integration: Clients can now connect their Azure AD Authentication (previously know as Single-Sign On) to Monitor using the Azure AD Connector tab in the System/Admin section.
- Template Publisher Update: The Template and Report publisher has now been to select the designated Document Management System (DMS) Folder and updated from free-text fields to drop-down selections for choosing the matching merge procedure and template popup type.
- Primary Case Alert: Monitor will now alert users when there is no Primary Case set on an Event. Please wat watch the short video here on how it works!

Analytics Page: Monitor now includes a dedicated page for all your Published Power BI Reports.
- NOTE: Users that want to view and interact with these published reports MUST have a Power BI Pro Account in your Agency's Power BI Tenant.
- Delete Time Credits (MIN/MAX): Ability to now delete time credits from the MIN/MAX (Sentencing Module).
- Ability to have more than 99 days on Time Credit Adjustments: Users can now have up to 999 or 9,999 days on a time credit adjustment.
- Ability Copy (clone) a previously Violated Sentence: Users can now have the option (if enabled) to "Copy" a violation sentence in whole back to the current sentence and can then adjust the elements that have changed in the sentence.
- Credit Card Payments through Monitor: The finance module now has the ability to take live credit card transactions when selecting a payment of type "Credit Card" using third-party processing companies with csg Forte, AllPaid, and Civitek. If using a different credit card processing company, please contact connectrex support for more details.
- Credit Card Payments through mPay (Internet): Clients/Probationers can now make secure online payments for fines, fees and restitution using the connectrex mPayApp site. Transactions are then recorded in near real-time back to Monitor finance module and reflected in the client's ledger.

- New Assessment Tools: The Public Safety Assessment is now available for use on Monitor. The PSA scores are calculated based on points assigned to each risk factor response and weighted according to the strength of the relationship between the factor and each pretrial outcome (FTA - Failure to Appear, NCA - New Criminal Activity, and NVCA - New Violent Criminal Activity). connectrex is an authorized PSA vendor through Arnold Ventures, the authors of the PSA. In addition, the WRNA-I, WRNA-R, and WRNA-P, the Impaired Drivers Assessment (IDA) and the DVSIR have been added to the Assessment Catalog.
- Universal Quick Search: Users can now perform a Universal Quick Search on any page by entering a client's name into the search field located above the applications. You can enter a partial name and select a client from the results, or you can enter the client's full name which will immediately take you to the client's profile.
