• Primary Case Alert:  Monitor will now alert users when there is no Primary Case set on an Event.  Please wat watch the short video here on how it works!

• Analytics Page:  Monitor now includes a dedicated page for all your Published Power BI Reports.

August 2022 Updates

• Delete Time Credits (MIN/MAX):  Ability to now delete time credits from the MIN/MAX (Sentencing Module).

• Ability to have more than 99 days on Time Credit Adjustments:  Users can now have up to 999 or 9,999 days on a time credit adjustment.

• Ability Copy (clone) a previously Violated Sentence:  Users can now have the option (if enabled) to "Copy" a violation sentence in whole back to the current sentence and can then adjust the elements that have changed in the sentence.

Executive Overview New Features

• Microsoft Edge Enabled: Monitor now runs in Microsoft Edge using Internet Explorer Mode. 
• New Assessment Tools:  The Public Safety Assessment is now available for use on Monitor. The PSA scores are calculated based on points assigned to each risk factor response and weighted according to the strength of the relationship between the factor and each pretrial outcome (FTA - Failure to Appear, NCA - New Criminal Activity, and NVCA - New Violent Criminal Activity).  connectrex is an authorized PSA vendor through Arnold Ventures, the authors of the PSA.  In addition, the WRNA-I, WRNA-R, and WRNA-P, the Impaired Drivers Assessment (IDA) and the DVSIR have been added to the Assessment Catalog.
• Universal Quick Search:  Users can now perform a Universal Quick Search on any page by entering a client's name into the search field located above the applications. You can enter a partial name and select a client from the results, or you can enter the client's full name which will immediately take you to the client's profile.

• ZOOM:  The Monitor Screen now automatically "Zooms" to the optimal screen resolution of your Default Screen (whatever is designated as "Monitor 1" in you display settings).
• Search Save:  Monitor has the option to "Save" a user's last search result, so when they return back to the search screen, they do no have to re-enter the search result.  This is helpful if the result return has multiple matches.  The user can just go to the next result.
• DOB Search:  Using the "Advanced" search tab, users can enter a single date of birth into the "DOB-from" field and return all clients that match that Date of Birth.
• Emergency Contact:  Family members and contacts can now be designated as an "Emergency Contact".  This will display an large red "E" next to the right of the party's name.
• Client Header Updates:  The Universal Header now shows the "Planned End Date" and allows for a greater display of the entire Primary Charge description.  In addition, clicking on the client name launches a detailed information summary that displays the client's primary residence, phone, email, physical description, Probation Status, Planned End date, Supervision Officer and the the officer's contact information and email.
• Journal:  The Journal now has the much requested feature to "auto-save".  Entering directly in the notes box or the pop-up notes will automatically save on exit.  In addition, all "Note Types" will have a default "Result" value set.

• Adding Charges:  The Charge Entry/Add feature is now improved with a key-word feature to easily identify and locate charges.
• Sticky Rosters:  All Supervision Rosters now are "sticky"  - meaning they will hold the selected filters even after you navigate off the screen to a client and then back to the Supervision Rosters.
• Document Management System (DMS):  The new DMS has enhanced features such as custom folders names, drag & drop and key-word search.  User's can also drag & drop attachments right from Outlook into the DMS folder of their choice.
• Microsoft Word Add-In:  The new DMS also comes with a brand new easy-to use Word Add-In that will auto-update when a new version is released.

• Pretrial Simplified Workflow:  For clients that do not use the "Court Verification" workflow, a simplified workflow was added with a new "Pretrial Close" or "Narrative" screen that lets staff manage the entire workflow of the pretrial interview from one single screen.  Also added was the ability to "Re-Open" a closed Pretrial Interview.

• Client Domain Filtered Lookups:  Each domain now has the ability to have custom lookup values for things like "Hearing types", "Judges", "Case Types", "Charge-types", Note types and "Disposition Types".
• Journal Default Result:  Each type of Journal (or Case Note) Type now has a default result that will populate.  Users can select the result that is most utilized to be the default value.
• Hearings:  The Hearings screen now has a new filtered "Status" and "Result" feature.  This correctly categorizes Hearing Statuses (i.e. "Pending", "Continued", Vacated, and "Held") along with "Results" of the Hearings (i.e. "Remanded", "FTA", "Sanctioned", or "Waived".
• Address Verification:  Addresses are now verified using our address verification services based on the USPS Postal Service.
